Where do we ship from?

We are located in New York, NY. United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic: Orders of $45 or more is FREE

Orders below $44.99 is $8.99

International: Orders of $200 or more is FREE

Orders below $200 is going to be calculated by carriere :USPS

Unfortunately any international duties/taxes added to your cost is not our responsibility. Please be aware of any VAT taxes collected by the shipping services. Moon Sight will not be responsible for any VAT or custom fees charged by the shipping services.

Will I receive a confirmation e-mail/tracking number once my order has been shipped?

Yes. You will be sent an e-mail including a tracking number and all tracking information as soon as we ship your package, so please be sure to double check your e-mail address information before placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped via USPS:
  • Domestic: 3-5 business days

  • International: 7-21 business days

*Due to the on going pandemic, it is possible delays in shipment transit may occur. If this happens, simply contact the shipping service directly for more information.

Regardless, please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery. If your address is incomplete, we will promptly contact you for a corrected address and will not ship your package until we hear back from you in order to avoid delays and lost packages.

Do you ship on weekends?

  • All orders ship Monday – Saturday excluding holidays.

  • Please order before 12PM EST ( Eastern Time Zone) to guarantee possible same day despatch.

  • Any orders placed after 3PM EST (Eastern Time Zone) may be shipped the next business day.

What if my package get lost?

Moon Sight is not responsible for any packages from the moment the mail carriers or any shipping services receive the package to deliver to your address.

If the tracking number provided says that your package has been delivered and you cannot find it, then please contact the shipping carrier for further information.

We understand that having a package lost or stolen from your address is very upsetting. Our suggestions are:

1- Try to ensure the times the shipping employees deliver in your neighborhood.

2- Make sure there is someone home at the time of your delivery.

3- Ask a Neighbor if you could use their address instead of yours for a more safer delivery.
