Refund policy

  • All products are final sale, unless your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item (within 30 days of the delivery date), you qualify for store credit. 

  • To be eligible for a return ( your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item) , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns for all merchandise in our "Sale" section after your order has been placed.

  • To start your return, you can contact us  at  info@moonsightjewelry.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return ( If your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item) , and let you know if a refund was approved or not for a store credit. If approved, you’ll be receiving an email with detailed information about your return order and store credit  for you to use on future purchases.
